A delicious medium dry sparking perry that is light and refreshing with subtle fragrances. Traditionally pressed with slow fermentation methods & bottled when the 'cuckoo calls'. Available in 500ml bottles.

Bottle, 500ml. A hazy light pink colour. A slightly floral aroma. Taste is fresh pear with perhaps a hint of rose petals, somewhat sweet but not overly so. Very lightly carbonated. Could do with some tartness to liven things up a little. This bottle was from the first batch of Perry West Lake have ever produced and was described by the brewer as an experiment. I think it’s safe to say that it was successful, and I’ll surely be buying more of this pretty soon. I could drink this all day long, although it is somewhat expensive.
