Jun 10, 2007 Bottle, 500ml. A deep, hazy golden colour. A light, somewhat sweet apple aroma. Taste is much the same. A slight amount of acidity/tartness. Perhaps a little too much sweetness for my liking, as the apple flavour is somewhat obscured by it. (cane sugar is added). Light to moderate carbonation. This is both artificially carbonated and pasteurised, which probably doesn’t help the flavour much. For a premium cider, this is pretty good - it’s actually more like a cross between a premium cider and a more traditional cider.
