Can from trade. Thanks! Pours a very pretty bet hue with half finger light cream head. Aroma of nice caramel malts, fruits, and some floral hop notes. Taste is biscuits and floral notes from the hops, slight bitter with a nice malt balance. Light body and somewhat light on flavor but very sessionable. Medium high carbonation. Crisp finish. Not super special but nicely done in the style.

Can via the the one and only drfabulous
Pours an orangish... amberish color with a small but well retained head.
The aroma is quintessential amber ale, sweet, malty... kind of murky but still kind of clean, some toastiness, and some light fig.
The flavor is really rather fruit forward, not especially toasty but with a little bit of toasted caramel. Lightly sweet, clean, & refreshing. Caramel malts are certainly at play here, but they’re well behaved.

Undated can purchased earlier this month near the brewery.
Pours a deep amber color; clear with a large bone-colored head that has very good retention and leaves marvelous lacing.
Limited aroma with a bit more flavor. Very good sweet/bitter balance, shaded towards the bitter side, yet with more roasted malt than hop flavor. Surprisingly durable, hop-tinged, roasted malt aftertaste.
M: Exceptional; medium-light, airy body without wateriness; excellent, soft, medium carbonation.
O: excellent for style.

7/20/2013: West Sixth Deliberation Amber - This is a fantastic amber beer. Not only does it have an attractive appearance (shiny and obviously amber-colored), but it also has a distictive aroma and flavor. For the most part, ambers are typically boring and fairly generic. This one is not. I really like the toasted underlying caramel maltiness along with the soft orangy-grass hop flavor and mild to moderate bitterness. The sweet caramel, bready malt, and lightly citrus/floral hoppiness all work very well together to create a clean, well-balanced, smooth, different, and very enjoyable amber ale. Nicely done! I look forward to having this one again in the future.
Draught (sample and 2 pints) at Old Chicago in Lexington, KY. Rating #23 for this beer.

Can. Pineapple and caramel malt aroma. Hazy amber with a moderate ivory head. Toasty caramel malt and light fruity flavor with a very subtle bitterness. Light body, average carbonation. Not a bad amber at all.

Can from Jungle Jim’s bargain basket that just says "Amber Ale." Definitely an above average amber ale. Nice hop and caramel malt notes that keep it from getting boring. Tasty and you could drink several of these without noticing it because it goes down smooth.
