On draft. Slightly hazy light amber with a foamy off white head. Aroma of citrus and floral hops and a mild caramel malt presence. Flavor is fairly bitter up front with the malt sweetness coming in at the finish, very light alcohol taste. Medium body with a long finish. This is a pretty nice IPA good balance of hop flavor/aroma and bitterness, just a bit on the sweet side.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2014 I was a little concerned when I saw that this came in a can. But once you pop the can and smell the contents, you’ll find yourself reassured. Nice hop aromas going on, lots of citrus and pine notes. Good mouthfeel. Finishes strong and crisp. This is the beer that made me really change my mind about canned beer.

Sampled at an rsbls tasting. From Doran. Clear golden with a small off white ring. Grapefruit flavor and bitterness grabs from the start. Sweeter malts do not keep up with the hops. Some biscuit. Tasty.

Can. Wow, very impressed with this IPA. Pours a hazy light copper with a little bit of soapy, lasting head. Flavor is a strong hop bitterness that is slightly balanced. The bitterness keeps on going but its very drinkable. Nice little kick from the 7% abv. Quite tasty.

12 oz. can from jmborggren. Pours a clear golden amber color with a large, but quickly diminishing white head. The aroma has citrus, floral and some grassy hops with a lightly toasted malt base. The flavor is fairly balanced between toasted caramel malts, grass, sticky citrus and some earthy bitterness. Nothing dominates; very solid drinking IPA.

Can. Pours a slightly cloudy straw & orange color with a white, frothy head. Aroma is resinous citrus hops. Flavor is bitter, but not overwhelming. Medium body, soft carbonation. A decent IPA. Happy I got to try it and love the can format.

Can:   Pale amber, a little fiery, large pillowy white head, clumpy lacing.   Nice citrusy hop aroma, a little floral.   Dull citrus and floral notes on the tongue, hoppy but not bitter, mild sweetness.   Wished it were a bit brighter.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Dull citrus finish, soft floral and hop notes.   Enjoyable, but wished the flavor matched the aroma a bit more, was brighter, but as it is its enjoyable.   Thanks Jeff for this one!
