Can thanks to drfabulous! Pours hazy butterscotch, small off white head that dissipates to a ring and leaves decent lacing. Aroma is certainly wheaty, a bit of lemon, almost lemon drops. Flavor is lemony wheat with some herbal notes that comes from the lemongrass I guess. Some initial sweetness that quickly transitions to a medium herbal bitter. Medium body, a bit creamy in the mouth. Lingering bitterness. I enjoyed this one.

Can via secret santa. Thanks santa!! Overall, as far as wheat beers go, this is decent for sure. Slightly floral nose with lemon peel and lemon grass. Flavor is citrus and smooth, wheat like and easy drinking throughout. There’s a light hop note, but not overly bitter or aggressive. It’s an easy drinking beach beer.

Sampled at the brewery. Golden with a small off white head. A wheat aroma. Just a little grass. More is tasted. Earth. Tart bitterness is a surprise. A little fruit is tasted late along with spice. Lemon in the finish.

Can: Pours a pretty cloudy yellow with a nice white head on it. Aromas are of fresh citrus, lemongrass and outdoorsy. The flavor is very nice...bright and refreshing. One of my favorite beers that I have had from west 6th so far. Great for a summer drinker.

Citrus as you would be accustomed to both on the nose and the palate, but I don't get a whole lot of lemongrass here. Otherwise a pretty standard brew with a bit of spice on the back end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can to pint. Looks good for the style; a very slightly gold with foamy white head. Smells just like the name suggests: lemongrass and wheat. Tastes like it smells with a bit of earthiness and an average mouthfeel. A decent wheat ale.

12oz can from some guy at DLD 14. Thanks guy! Cloudy golden body. Fizzy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of lemongrass, raw grain, herbal hops, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Citrus and lemon flavor.

12 ounce can, one of my friends gave this to me. Served in a Leinenkugel’s Sunset Wheat glass, the beer pours a hazy dark gold color with a half inch off-white head that lingered around a little while. There’s a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice but a bit light, it smells like wheaty/grainy malt, lemongrass/lemon and straw/grass. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there’s the addition of some earthy floralness. Mouthfeel/body is light, it’s a nice refreshing brew with a good amount of carbonation. Worth a try if you’ve never had it before, and would be a good choice for a hot day.

12 oz. can from The Party Source. Pours a somewhat cloudy yellow color with a finger of white head. Nice aroma, with the fresh lemongrass immediately apparent, along with wheat, straw - fresh and zesty. The flavor is more muted, though, with floral notes and lemongrass underlying a mostly wheaty, bready character. Light-bodied, with medium-high carbonation and a dry, bitter mouthfeel. Not a bad sipper but could be better if the flavor matched the nose.
