3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Aroma of chocolate, molasses, vanilla. Appearance is brown with bone head. Flavor pretty much matches the nose; maybe some slight biscuit. Palate is bubbly with a medium mouthfeel. Just decent for me; certainly not bad.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear dark amber with a full ring head and sheets of lace. Taste is caramel malt infused with a mild chocolate. The chocolate grows through the palate before turning bitter at the finish. This brew leaves a chalky residue on the roof of my mouth (not so good). Otherwise, reasonably good.

On draft. Clear amber/brown with a small off white head. Aroma of biscuit dough, nuts and toasty malt. Flavor is lots of doughy malt with a balanced hop bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation. Really nice brown, lots of doughy malt and very cleanly fermented.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It poured a brown color with an off-white head. The aroma was malty with some nutty and caramel tones. The taste was of sweet fruity esters, cherries, berries and some distinct honey notes. A good full bodied brown ale. Very tasty.
