Really nice lactic tart aroma with slight blueberry fruit aroma. Very slight in the fruit. Slight tint of blue to it but not much at all. Flavor is tart with slight blueberry finish. Not sweet at all, but nicely tart. Very full bodied for a Berliner. More tart than many Berliners as well. Fruit does not overpower the base beer, and fullness of flavor and tartness is very good. Prob 5 of 10 tart. Has a slight barnyard funk but very minimal. Really a great beer!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to tderoeck! Pours a weird soft drink pinkish. Sour grapefruit in the nose, orange, mellow lactic, fruit, light lactic blueberries. Fizzy lemonade taste with lacto, blueberries, grapefruit, reasonable amount of sourness, bit soda-like. Pretty nice & quite a bit better than the first BA version in my opinion.

Pours a hazy pinkish-copper into the glass with a fainting soda head that dissipates to nothing. The nose is of acidic citrus. Flavors are of unripened blueberries, unripened apples and other tart citrus notes, primarily unripened raspberries. The palate is seltzery, lively with an acidic "pucker" to the pull. This is a nice Sour/Wild collaboration from the South. Prost!

Bottle at RBSG 2014. Thx to everyone for sharing today’s bottles! APPEARANCE: clear reddish head, small unstable white head. NOSE: blueberries, sour, nice fruitiness. TASTE: blueberries, little watery, some sourness, oké, but nothing special.

Bottle at home. Pours a very, very murky pink. Aroma is tart fruit. Flavor is blueberries and raspberries and somewhat tart and sour. Nice beer. Medium bodied from all the sediment and floaties.

Sampled @ RBBSG III. Opaque hazy pink color, small off-white head. Smell and taste a bit sour, moderately fruity, dry, berries, lightly vinous. Medium body and carbonation. Quite like it.

Bottled@PBF IX. Orangeish violet/pink colour with a small head. Aroma is berries, mild sourness as well as some lactic notes. Flavour is blueberries, tart wood, some lactic notes as well as quite strange sweetish tart notes. A bit too acidic to be really pleasant.

Bouteille 66cl @ RBBSG III, courtesy of Tderoeck.

660 ml bottle, shared with Dennoman. Pours hazy light yellow with a light pinkish hue. Lacto lacto lacto... nose is pure sour yoghurt, nothing more. Bland. No blueberriy whatsoever. Not in the colour, not in the nose, not in the taste. Light light sour body, tastes of whey. Yuk. Hyped for what?
