COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Third Anniversary beer is inspired by the classic combination of dark chocolate and oranges. A dark and roasty imperial stout base is infused with cocoa nibs, copious amounts of fresh oranges, and a hint of vanilla. Can be enjoyed now or cellared up to one year.

Smells just like a chocolate orange. So much orange aroma it is surprising. Looks amazing. The head is super creamy and a nice dark brown. Taste has orange but it really battles with the roastiness. The two flavors hit together rather than a fade from one to another. This is really rough on the palate. The acidity from the orange really exacerbates the acidity of the stout base. Overall this beer really suffers from the palate. The acidity of the orange is just too much. The aroma is perfect but the taste just doesn’t translate. Not a bad go at chocolate orange but not amazing.

Keg at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 03/04/14. Black with a good sized dirty tan head that retains well - this looks the bollocks! Nose is roast malt, Terry’s chocolate orange, candied sugars, sweet twinges. Taste comprises roasty tones, mineral bite, chocolate, light pepper, spice. much less orange presence when contrasted with the nose. Medium + body, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid stuff.

Sample from 65 cl. bottle. Pitch black with a dense, tanned head. Roasted aroma with coffee, chocolate, oranges, red berries, herbal hops, fruits and rich caramel malts. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and roasted with orange-chocolate. An ideal beer for orange-chocolate lovers...

Barwa: czarna, nie przejrzysta nawet pod światło. Piana brązowa, obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa i utrzymująca się. Wzorowo. [5/5] Aromat: gorzka czekolada, pomarańcze (jakby ze skórki), niewielka nuta alkoholowa i chmiel. Spójny i mocny aż do końca. [5/5] Smak: gorzka czekolada do potęgi. Uprzednio piłem uwarzony tam w kolaboracji z Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break i był to jeden z najlepszych RIS-ów jakie próbowałem.
