Can. Pours a clear light golden color with minimal white head. Lemon and slight floral notes in the nose. Light mouthfeel. Lemon, tart white grape, slightly bitter rind ending. Tasty and at 4% refreshing on hot days.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Pours a hazy very light yellow to white, with a massive creamy head receding to a thin layer. Aroma is slightly tart with yeast, hay and lemon peel, with salt, notes of lactic acid and soapy notes of coriander. Light body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sour, with lactic acid, lemon, as well as salt. Tart, zesty citrusy finish. Very refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The beer is straw yellow and glowy in the light. The head is fizzy and white, and it dissipates quickly. The liquid is very cloudy. The aroma is full of citrus and yogurty lacto sourness. Tangerine, lime, a little bit of malt sweetness and plenty of yogurt. Mild spicing. A little bit of brine. Kinda wish both of those flavors were turned up. Mildly to moderately sour. Lots more citrus. A bit more salt. Coriander still quite mild. Full on the palate but still quite light. Fairly effervescent. Very refreshing. Really great hot weather beer.

12 oz. can. Thanks to Dane! The typical look: lightly hazy golden-yellow with a smattering of bubbles. Nose is lemon zest, cracker and a bit of earthy sweat. Tastes of light sour, unsweetened bread and a touch of salty caramel. Light body has medium carbonation and a nice balance.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
BOD 4/9/15. Pours a hazy light amber (golden). Normal head volume, poor lacing and retention.
Slightly subdued nose of lime/lemon, coriander hints and a slight sourness over a mild saline background.
Light medium body with a smooth texture plus a nice chewy graininess from the wheat. Slightly below normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice rolling prickly effervescence going into the finish.
The outstanding flavor profile is intense, rather complex and well balanced. It begins with a lime flavored tartness that takes on a subtle sourness. These flavors are always present, but fade slightly in the middle allowing a bit of coriander to be noted over a wheat and biscuit background. Where the middle ends, the salinity begins. Underneath the lime is a mild sea water aspect that becomes most evident in the finish bringing a masterful balance to the tart and sour predominance. The finish is a slow fade of these flavors.

12oz can with timestamp 07/2014, from Biervana MÜ. Nearly consumed within advised 90day permit...Creamy daisyyellow, hazy buttermilk pour. A lot of house lemonade, rind and all in aroma, buttermilk and fruity Molke. Hints of green apple and Moroccan saltpreserved lemon; pregnant coriander whiffs, suffused. Harsher onset in taste, very much like half-fat buttermilk mixed with lemon juice. Wheat malt fruitiness and some pleasing almond in the back. Gose is not a complex style, but does live from its aeriness and quenching qualities. I found this one a tad too lemony and "packed", driven by a recognisable US-craft horror vacui approach towards "more is more/practise clearly what you advertise", leading to tastes less delicate and only hinted at in the best examples of the style (Ritterguts).

Yellow, very cloudy. Sour apple, lemon, white bread. Very tangy, citrus, crisp, salty, umami. Very nice and fresh, not too sour and even has some layered tastes. However, after half a glass I sort of had enough if the sourness. It’s probably my taste, but I’d take no more than a small glass next time. (33cl can from Beer City)

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a cloudy pale golden body. Head is 1/5th an inch, white and dissipated quickly. Lacing wasn’t great either.
Smell is of mandarin orange juice, lemon concentrate, light straw malt. Hops aren’t apparent, neither is alcohol. Aromas are big on fruit.
Taste is big on citrus: Lemon/lime/mandarin orange, doused in fine salt. This is what a corona with lime dreams it could taste like. Pale wheaty malt sweetens the puckering fruit. Hops and alcohol are almost non existent.
Mouthfeel is very light and somewhat astringent. Carbonation is high, head froth left too soon.
Overall great refreshing beer for a hot day. Sour, salty, hints of sweetness, really satisfies the palate. Just wish the head was present for the mouthfeel, thats the only real flaw to this Gose.
