COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our interpretation of Gose (pronounced “Gose-uh”), a traditional German-style sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Once nearly extinct, this very refreshing style is making a comeback.

Hazy golden colour, dissipating white head. Sour lemon aroma, light wheat, sea water. Sour lemon juice flavour, quite salty, lactic acid, reminding of Ayran. Sour finish, lemon juice, light margarita notes. Very refreshing, really nice!

Tap @ fermentoren. Hazy golden color. The aroma has notes of wheat/straw, rotting fruit ( apples peach, mango), funk and biscuits, but very subtle in general. The taste is slightly sour wheat, spice, oak bitterness and a subtle fruity and dry aftertaste. Very nice! The best gose I ever had.

This is the first gose I’ve had that I really liked. Pours clear straw no head or lacing. Nose is lemon pledge and some seashore. Flavours of lemon and limited salt, just the right balance. Taste light tart, light salty and light sweet. Light body with medium carbonation.

Hazy yellow. Aroma of citrus fruit, orange and grapefruit. Potent salty/sour flavor profile. Finishes with a hint of citrus.

12 oz can. Pours hazy golden orange with a big fizzy white head that retains fairly well and leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is tart lemon, salt and wheat malts.

The flavor is tart and sweet lemon with some salt in the background. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a solid gose with lots of tart sour lemon and some salt.

Pours a very cloudy straw golden with little to no white head. Aromas are indicative of what’s to come. Sour citrus, hay, coriander, lacto. Flavors are very bright and tart with just enough salt to keep the tang in check. Mouthfeel is definitely boosted by the salt added and is very enjoyable. Highly refreshing and a cool ode to a cool style.

A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light spoiled notes, salt, lemon, OK. In mouth, a nice tart apples, light lemony notes, light salty notes, OK.
