On tap @CBC13. Hazy dark brown with small off white head. Aroma of malt, grapes, apples and oak. Flavor is sweet and a bit sour with malt, brett, grapes, green apples, oak and some alcohol.

Tap @ CBC 2013. The pour’s deep red with a small head. The aroma’s of rusted pennies, red fruits. Funky lychee. Balsamic. The taste is tart red berry, more balsamic. Acetic sharpness. Acerbic mouthfeel, full body. Interesting.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, spiced and caramelish roasted malty. Fruity, light citric, mild acetone, caramelish and overripe fruits. Citric plum and raisins. Sweet and fruity finish.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel, alcohol, malt, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, caramel, malt, and alcohol, as well as lighter notes of brettanomyces.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours hazy reddish brown with a creamy goldenish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sour with bread, cereal, dried dark fruits, apples, wood, red wine, plums, dark grapes, grass and hints of rubber. Taste is sour and malty with bread, cereal, green apples, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, raisins, prunes, cookies and toffee. mouthfeel is tart, soft, slightly dry and medium bodied. Finish is sour and malty with dark bread, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, hay, wood, apple skins and grapefruit rinds.
