COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A base of pale, Munich, and Carapils malts is just enough to contain the massive hop flavor and aroma packed into this highly drinkable IPA. A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermenter for a complex and layered hop experience. Best served at 45-50˚F in a tulip or English style pint glass.

Can at home. Nicely cloudy, dark yellow colour, firm white creamy head. Citrusy, grapefruity and piny hop character, lightly malted, crisp bitterness. Finish is citrus fruity too. Medium body and carbonation.

Can from saveur-biere.com. Served chilled. Golden blond with a thick, creamy and everlasting head. Fruit aroma, grapefruit, citrus, hops, light pine. Medium to low sweetness, medium bitter finish. Soft carbonation, medium body, oily mouthfeel. Quite simple but very well made and so refreshing. Delicious.

It smells absolutely amazing from fresh hops with notes of apricot, peach, passion fruit, mango and citrus. In the taste you will also find all above mentioned tropical fruits and a sharp spicy flavor of pine needles and some fresh grass. Malt is well hidden in the IPA, but slightly sweet taste of Digestives biscuits rounded with a little vanilla one might find. I think it’s a very tasty and well-brewed IPA which tastes wonderfully well. Exactly like this, should an IPA taste. It is American and thus have the little extra touch of hops, but it balances well on the edge of hoppy-ness and will not astringency bitter (at least not for me). Very delicious IPA.

300 ml on tap at Barley Wine. Dark gold/light orange, pretty clear, with a huge, fluffy and persistent off white head. Not the freshest nor cleanest aroma to be honest, grassy and herbal but quite soapy as well. Mild citrusy edge in the background. Juicy and sweet at fiest, moderately bitter in the middle, relatively high hoppy astringency in the close. Slightly tropical and dusty aftertaste. Soft to average carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. Had a way better can many years ago, it’s still nice but nowhere near its peak.
