COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A base of pale, Munich, and Carapils malts is just enough to contain the massive hop flavor and aroma packed into this highly drinkable IPA. A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermenter for a complex and layered hop experience. Best served at 45-50˚F in a tulip or English style pint glass.

Pours a deep beautiful gold with a thick white head. Good retention and lacing. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. The palate, much like the nose, is all about fruit with notes of pepper and a solid malt backbone. Finishes dry with a hint of bitterness. Light bodied and moderately carbonated, very refreshing. Overall, if this isn't the best IPA from the SE United States, it's in the top two! Great job, Westbrook! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can... Clear golden pour with amber highlights and a small, creamy, white head. The nose is an intermingling of cookie dough and peppery, floral, black tea notes. Medium to full-bodied with modest carbonation. In the flavor, a sturdy malt backbone accompanies excellent, citrusy hop bitterness. Finishes bittersweet and coarse. Can courtesy of growler!

PINE..like a damn pine forest. I feel like I’m walking into a room of little pine trees. So good smelling. Tropical fruit, citrus and just massive pine!! Insane. Taste is for serious good. Super tropical, citrus and again pine trees. Theres a really pleasant caramel maltiness that is subtle and balances it out nicely. Overall this is a delicious beer. Not your run of the mill dime a dozen IPA. Highly recommend it.

Can sample at DSG’s 5555th rating tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks Eyes_Wide_Shut and Yuval. Hazy amber gold with an aromatic onion aroma and oniony bitter taste. Long, bitter finish with medium body.

Hazy deep copper and orange coloured body with a nice, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of rye, pale malt, alcohol and a ton of grassy and resinous hops, all with a bit of coriander seed freshness on the back end. Medium-bodied; Biting resinous and piney hop flavour at first with a bit of rye and specialty grain flavour from the malt. Aftertaste shows a rather smooth flavour for the style with not much bitterness or bite, aside from a bit of grassy and herbal hops. Overall, a nice and well-balanced IPA with a nice hop smell from the dry hopping, but the flavour surely fades in the aftertaste. A good IPA for the East Coast nonetheless, but this doesn’t compare with the best from the West. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 25-April-2014 for US$2,50 sampled at home in Washington on 31-July-2014.

A true American IPA. Very hoppy aroma and taste, with a nice balance between fruits and bitters. Good one.

Tap at Lazy Dog. Pours a transparent golden with a thin ring of cream colored head. Taste of hops and not much else. Aroma of citrus and floral hops.
