Happy birthday to us! To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This is the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. Here’s to many more!

Bomber. Aww hell yeah. Dark rich pour with a brown head. The pepper heat is perfect in its character - additive without being too hot. Rich and delicious. Yummy.

Keg at Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours black with tiny brown head. Nose is spices, cake, vanilla and cinnamon, lots of. Taste is still vanilla, cinnamon and cake but more heat of chili and intense toasted malts. Not the most common IS but not overly seasoned.

Pours pitch black, with mocha head and curtains as fat and juicy as rosie o’donnel! Lots of vanilla in the nose along with a spiced cinnamon aroma. So much cake! HOOOOOLY SHIT, CHINGA TU MADRE MARIA JESUS! Wholebodied smoothness, overwhelming you with sweet vanilla and working your taste buds with heating chili. Maaaaaybe a little too spicy, leaving little room for the other spices. The cinnamon really works for the impression of liquid cake! Chocolaty and extreme in every way! Probably my favorite this year! Low carbonation and smooth, but with a nice tingly sensation on the tongue instead.

G?ste, oleiste niczym czekoladowy fondant rozp?ywa si? w ustach, pozostawiaj?c na podniebieniu ostry posmak chilli. Po pierwszym ?yku wyczuwalne nuty wanilii, karmelu, gorzkiej czekolady i lukrecji.

Bottle. Pours thick pitch black with tan creamy head. Aroma is caky! Cream, cinnamon, cinnamon bun, spicy, vanilla, cocoa, sweet and malty. Really got that habanero quick with heat and some fruitiness. Fruity chili and dry spices with some coffee, nuts and fudge. Some milk chocolate and brownie and hint of booze. Taste is sweet, cake, fudge, brownie, cinnamon bun, vanilla, cocoa powder with full rich body, very smooth and chocolatey. The it hits you with awesome kick of spicy habanero. Low carbonation. Finish is long with spicy cinnamon and everlasting chile heat. Boom!

Capolavoro! Spettacolare Imperial stout al peperoncino. Scura con schiuma marrone. In bocca perfezzione! Equilibrata dove piccantezza, amarezza e alcolicità si fondono pericolosamente. Molto beverina! Sapore di cioccolato al peperoncino con note liquorose eleganti. Da non perdrere! Bevuta alla spina
