COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Happy birthday to us! To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This is the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. Here’s to many more!

Helt okej! Man känner tydligt chilin och värmen från alkoholen. Angenäma brända toner och lagom beska. Bra men inte mer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A taste on tap at Bohemian Bull. Would have had a full pint but a) was driving and it’s 10.5% and b) a few sips of this one is almost enough. Really good. Pours black and thick with a nice khaki head- looks plain delicious. Smells delicious- hops and malts, coffee and spice, earthy and vanilla. Tastes as good as it smells. Nice smooth mouthfeel with low carbonation. Spice is subtle and well done- adds a undefined warmth to it that balances out the sweetness. Pure delicious. Draft at Beer Temple. Pours near black with a medium beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, cinnamon, fudge, light roast. Flavour is light heavy sweet and over moderate bitter. The chilli really comes out in the palate, building with each sip and gradually warming the throat. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottled. It pours a pitch black beer with an average deep beige head. Complex. Inviting. Full bodied. Interesting.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a dark mahogany with a few tan bubbles here and there. The aroma is rich malt molasses and some boozy alcohol. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a big chill spice alcoholic malt palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation and a long bitter finish with an oily mouthfeel. Really liked this and it’s my 3000’th tick. A ideal beer to mark the occasion.

Quite pepper forward with some vanilla. Pretty good stout but not too outstanding and too pepper forward to keep enjoying. Not bad but not something the cherish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Black in colour. Liquorice, vanilla, cocoa and roasted malt in the aroma. Roasted taste with cocoa and vanilla dominating. Fairly rich and one that should be supped slowly. I didn’t get much in the way of chilli or spices at all.

Dark black body. Thin tan head. Chocolate, coffee, malty aroma. Taste is the same with a light spicy aftertaste from the pepper. Great stuff.

Bottle shared at CBC with Bruce. Hot damn this a good beer! Plenty of spice and chocolate on the nose with fresh fresh coffee well integrated. Balanced mocha comes to mind but with a spicy touch. Taste is a fantastically blended and balanced concoction of vanilla bean, dark chocolate, fresh coffee, spices - cinnamon, aniseed and chilli. Quite a bit of heat on the finish but never too much. Sensational beer
