COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Happy birthday to us! To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This is the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. Here’s to many more!

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of iodine, roasted malt, wood, cinnamon, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, alcohol, vanilla, chili, and a bit of cinnamon, leading to a dry, spicy, and alcoholic finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a pitch black with a huge and lively brown head with good retention. Sweet roasty nose, quite some cocoa as well. Rich sweet body, heavy carbonation, Sweet roast malts, vanilla and chilies that leave a little bite. Decent if a little to the sweet side. 270812

Bottle at Papsø. Pitch black coloured with a medium sized beige head. Sweet and light roasted aroma of dark chocolate and yeast. Light roasted flavour of dark chocolate, dried fruits and caramel. Sweet and roasted finish.

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Pitch black - big brown head. Chocolate, cocoa, high malty, high sweetness, lots of white sugar, light chili spicy, a bit soapy aroma, sharp chili and boozy finish. Nice.

FLÖSKA. Black colour, light brown head. Roaste dmalt in the aroma indeed along with chocolate and dark fruit. Good mouthfeel indeed. Roasted malt, dark fruits and chocolate dominates the flavour, some chili spice also comes along. Nice!

22oz bottle @dmac’s willblake is back in NJ tasting-thanks jtclockwork–pours black with a rich brown dissipating head. Aroma is dark chocolate/brownie-dark malt, some heat. Taste is dark chocolate/brownie-dark malt, nice warming heat, some earthy hops. Full body.
