COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Happy birthday to us! To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This is the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. Here’s to many more!

This mite be the Best imperial stout I’ve ever had. This is a chocolate bomb with quite a spice kick at the end. And I love it. The habanero certainly comes thru and doesn’t disappoint.

Bottle at BrewDog Clapham Junction, kindly shared by Stefan. Bubbly, tan-coloured head, spotty lacing, jet black body. Roasted mocha coffee and chocolate nose. Taste of cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, and oak offset by a chili touch, not overdone. Lingering aftertaste. Full bodied. Just great (Battersea, London 12.07.2015)

Keg, pours black, small tan head, lovely viscous full body, chocolate, vanilla and chili pepper, just the right amount of spice to balance the malts and the hop. Finish is light bitter, creamy, yet dry. Soft carbonation.
