COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Happy birthday to us! To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This is the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. Here’s to many more!

Fantastic. Chocolate on the front with just enough spice in the back. Great color and consistency. A perfect stout in my mind.

Really complex flavors, and the "hit" of habanero spice is not overwhelming. Delicious! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour from a bottle is a nice black with a tan head. Aroma has hints of chocolate and hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Taste is nice and bittersweet from the chocolate with a smooth vanilla. I also get a bite from the habanero peppers.

Bottle from chuckaduck, thanks again! What a great beer for rating 1000! Jet black pour with a small tan head. Aroma is incredible. Cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa all the way. Flavor is the perfect balance of sweet roasted malts, spices, and heat from the peppers. Absolutely delicious. I really can’t find a fault in this beer.

On Tap at The Southern Growl. Really good taste, amazing aroma, and enjoyed the hint of hot taste at the end of every sip.

Capolavoro! Spettacolare Imperial stout al peperoncino. Scura con schiuma marrone. In bocca perfezzione! Equilibrata dove piccantezza, amarezza e alcolicità si fondono pericolosamente. Molto beverina! Sapore di cioccolato al peperoncino con note liquorose eleganti. Da non perdrere! Bevuta alla spina

This beer was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. It is so full and rich, but also incredibly well balanced. The heat from the pepper builds slowly, until around halfway through the bottle you can feel the heat right in your sternum! This beer is equal parts fun and delicious. I wish it was an all year beer instead of a highly limited release.

This tastes like good frosting, chocolate and peppers. That’s actually a good thing, as strange as that may sound. Best stout I’ve ever had.
