draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. rich, frothy carbonation with a fudge cake chocolate note that suggests very much it’s coffee cake name. inky and rich (more due to carbonation than sugar/malt body), there are some chocolate whip cream and plum/black cherry notes hidden somewhere beneath the cake-rich full froth of this beer. really well made and enjoyable to drink and not suggestive of it’s weight at all.
