COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single-hop rye pale ales are created to showcase the flavor and aromas of individual hop varieties. The grain recipe is kept the same and only the type of hop is changed from batch to batch. Nelson Sauvin is a hop native to New Zealand that has a bold, fruity flavor similar to Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Tap at Craft Beer Ci Islington. Pours a nice clear amber with a dense white head leaving great lacing. Nose shows light spice and heavy tropical and citric hoppage. Very sweet fruits coming through but not over bearing. Great balance between sweet, citric fruits and bitter hoppage. Light mango and passion fruit works well. Really good stufff

Bottle at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting - London. Thanks to Jan for procuring this one. Pours lightly hazy gold with a moderately frothy white head. Urine and gasoline in the aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor with ripe orange and lemon, pale malts, and further touches of gasoline. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sticky hop finish with pee and overripe citrus fruits. Not all there.

På Cafe Viiking sammen med Ovesen: fantastisk å få slikt fra fat på en brun nærkafe! Frisk ns-humlearoma og friskheten i ganen er også helt upåklagelig. En verdig avslutter på DØE-festivalen.
