COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single-hop rye pale ales are created to showcase the flavor and aromas of individual hop varieties. The grain recipe is kept the same and only the type of hop is changed from batch to batch. Nelson Sauvin is a hop native to New Zealand that has a bold, fruity flavor similar to Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Bonito color miel, turbia. Uno-dos dedos de espuma, permaneciendo una fina película. Fuerte aroma a mosto, dulce y frutal. Textura y carbonatación excelentes. Cuerpo medio.

Tap at Craft Beer Ci Islington. Pours a nice clear amber with a dense white head leaving great lacing. Nose shows light spice and heavy tropical and citric hoppage. Very sweet fruits coming through but not over bearing. Great balance between sweet, citric fruits and bitter hoppage. Light mango and passion fruit works well. Really good stufff

draught@Erzbierschof - cloudy dark blond beer with a persistent white foam; hoppy aroma of berries and pine; medium-bodied, light astringency and a fair yet subtle carbonation; a dry and bitter fruity hoppy finish - clean and straight to the point
