Can, Brewdog Leicester. Hazy yellow gold with a white foam. Floral with white grape and tinned pineapple syrup. Bready with skunky grass and background grapefruit. Oily palate with a fruity finish. Some seawater. Decent.

355ml can (Beerfox, Riga)
Huge rye aroma on pouring, in the glass, it’s perfumey, resiny, lots of plant-matter, harsh, and acidic. Tastes of pure soap. Rough and harsh, and I want to scrape my tongue. Plants evolve chemicals like these as a defence mechanism to persuade animals not to eat them.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Westbrook. Golden in color with a white head. It’s super piney and relatively bitter, though not quite the overwhelming bitterness I expected from the aroma. Some sweet bread and toasted malts, maybe a little grainy. Light to moderate citrus hop character. Light nuttiness as well. It’s not great but not terrible either.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Great citrus and pine smell, super fresh smell! Great crisp hoppy taste with little malt presence (5.5 abv). Super easy drinking and the best lower abv beers I've had. No after taste and thin mouth feel. Will definitely buy again if can get it fresh again. Great when not in mood for a big ipa

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at aw Shucks inCharleston, SC. The ale poured a cloudy light Amber with an off-white head with lacing. Aroma greets with orange rind floral hops. This a nice ale with complex taste of lingering bitterness of grapefruit and spicy fruit. The ale has a medium body with average carbonation. The finish is clean with hop bitterness and rye spiciness.
