Bottle, thanks Darshan for sharing. Cloudy straw yellow pour with a medium sized bubbly head that fades to a thin ring. Strong strawberry in the aroma with some berries, wheat and lemon. Tastes light to moderate sour. Mostly just strawberry and lemon. A bit watery but still pretty solid.

Bottle... Pours cloudy and it’s only a couple shades of yellow from looking like skim milk. Small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The fruity, funky, citric acid and rhubarb nose is accompanied by an unfortunate, slight nuance of something fecal. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and soft carbonation. The flavor is sweet, tart and fruity - more sweet than tart. Finishes tangy, funky, coarse and dry. There’s a light dose of baby shit going on here, in both the aroma and flavor. Too sweet. Not sour enough. A bit of a disappointment really.

Bottle: The aroma consists of mild strawberry, rhubarb, faint lemon, and must. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a very thin ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of light strawberry and rhubarb. The finish has light lemon, herbal notes, and must. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle: Thanks, Darshaun. Super hazy pear, straw color. Almost full opaque. Soapy white head that fades quickly to a collar. Aroma of light cotton, rhubarb acidity, lemon, faint citrus, mild strawberry, & a light touch of floral perfume in the periphery. Flavor has nice rhubarb & strawberry up front, though more sweet than tart. A little tartness, though. Earthy, with a very slight touch of farmhouse funk & a touch of forest floor must. Strawberry, straw, & faint musty hay finish. Dry, light. Nice stuff.

Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy hay yellow liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, white pepper, apples, red berries and light vinegar. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemons, red berries and white pepper. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle @ Pat’s. Thanks to me. Hazed straw pour with a white head. Very light rhubarb, but lots of of lemon, apple cider, and grass. Some cracker, bread dough, and lime seltzer. Flavor is quite sour and citric. Tons of lemon zest and lime. Mild rhubarb and tart apple. Kind of grassy. Dry cracker malt character. Very easy drinking and enjoyable.
