COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single-hop rye pale ales are created to showcase the flavor and aroma characteristics of individual hop varieties. The grain recipe is kept the same; only the hop variety is changed from batch to batch. Pacific Jade is a relatively new hop from New Zealand that exhibits a bold citrus and black pepper aroma with a soft bitterness.

Brewvival Trip Beer 129. Bomber from Taps, Summerville, SC. Pours a hazy amber color with a very large fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of stone fruits, caramel, rye, raisin, earthy notes. The taste is caramel malts, earthy notes, floral, citrus hops, candied citrus. Medium bodied.

Perhaps a fresher bottle. Here I get a yellow bodied beer with carbonatin rising bubbles and a big head. Where is the hop aroma? I get hops, hops burning lips. I get rye, and lime in the finish.

Draft. Poured deep gold with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor were rye nicely complemented by the spicy, floral hops. Bready, caramel malt. Medium mouthfeel. Liked this one a lot.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. Golden with a white head. Nice pleasant hops are floral and citrus. Those translate to the flavor. Mild sulfur and bitterness. A nice beer.

22 ounce thanks to Jonathan. Pours a nice carbonated orange. Bit of spice. But seriously crisp and clean APA flavors. Bit of orange from the hops. Really nice and drinkable.

Growler pours a light apricot gold with a frothy white head. Nose of citrus and rye bread. Test of nice citrus, most notably grapefruit that leads into the rye bread with a peppery finish. Light lively body with a slightly dry lingering finish. Overall great pale ale to enjoy on a nice summer day by the lake.

22 ounce bottle poured a cear golden color with a white frothy head. Aromas of spices rye, and juicy citrus. Flavors are rye upfront with some nice citrus at the end to balance the spice. Little bitter after taste but tasted nice and made me want more after each sip, another solid brew by these guys.
