Bottle... Cloudy straw-colored pour with a small, wispy, quickly-dissipating, white head. The aroma is bready, soapy, lemony and tangy. Light to medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is tart, bready and lemony with a crisp, clean finish. Bottle courtesy of burg326!

Bottle share at Hampton Inn pre-DLD party. Pour is hazy golden with some white lacing. Aroma and flavor are both of sour lemons, earth, grass, wheat, and funk. Medium bodied. Not my favorite style but this is a good representation of it.

Bottle at Vail. Thanks to adnielsen for sharing. Pours a hazy yellow color with white head. Lemon, tart aromas and flavors. Pretty tasty.

One of the best Berliners Ive had. Great lemony sharp tartness. Some peach and wheat. Hugely refreshing and great. Very reminiscent of the Gose.

The beer is pale golden with a thick, hissing, white head that fades rapidly. The aroma brings lemons, grass, grain. A decent amount of tartness with some acidity in the finish. Pleasant puckering mouth feel. Light in body with ample carbonation. A solid example of the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy straw yellow, thin white head, minimal lacing. Lemon, lactic tartness, clean wheat notes. Straightforward berliner-profile. Light bodied, lively carbonation, moderate acidity, lingering finish. Fairly refreshing.

Pours a golden color. Big sour aroma for a Berliner. Sour carries into flavor. Smooth sour balanced with wheat malt flavor, tartness in the finish, very nice overall.

750 ml bottle served in a Westbrook snifter. Bottled 3/29/13. Thanks to rnorgart for the bottle! A: This gushed on the initial pop so watch out. Pours a hazy peach color with a quick dissolving white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thin ring. No lace is left down the glass. S: Cracked wheat with a soft sweetness to it. Very light acidic background to it with a slight hint of cheese. T: Slight hints of lemon grass with a sweet wheat background. Slightly tart with just the slightest hint of cheese. The mix of sweetness, tartness and funk is enough to keep everything interesting. M: Light bodied with a high carbonation level. The finish is slightly wheat-like. O: Light, refreshing, and bubbly. The drinkability is spot on and the flavor profile isn’t far behind. Definitely enjoyed drinking this. Serving type: bottle 06-15-2013

Pours thick unclear lemon juice with no head. Aroma brings juicy pear juice or purée with subtle funk on the yeast. Tart wheat malts hit the palate with a juicy body. This is delicious and full.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2013 Bottle: thanks, mike! Highly translucent, cloudy golden yellow with a mild, thin white ring at the edge. Aroma is light lemon, grain, some wheat, and a hint of metallic, sour notes. The taste is nice and refreshing; lightly tart with some lemon juice, grain, a hint of must, and a good finish with wheat and some zesty, acidic fruit notes. Very nice Berliner, refreshing and zippy. Zesty, very sharp mouth feel.
