2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 mjs (3665) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 18, 2013
(Keg at William K Kurvi, 20130618) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, fruitiness, ground coriander and malts. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, caramell, malts, Belgian style yeast, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A quite cofusing wit: the aroma was somewhere there but the taste was from some othet style.

Can shared by GT at his going away party.
The beer is hazy and pale yellow with a soapy white head. The aroma brings earthy hops, floral notes, lemongrass. Some nice citrus and pepper in the flavor. Coriander and orange zest. Really drinkable. Complex and intriguing but also something you could gulp straight from the can on a spring day. Very nice.

12oz can, thanks to caterwaul. Canned 3/20/13. Mostly hazy mildly whitish golden yellow color. Nice pillowy white head, good retention, nice full lace. Pretty nice looking white. Medium body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Lightly dry in the finish. Nice ginger flavor to it. Some citrus. Love the lemongrass. Use of sorachi ace hop is brilliant for this application - love the wierdness in that hop. Some dill pickle from it. Zesty sweet taste, lightly spicy. Nice, unique belgian wit. I dig the thai twist.
