This beer, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, is a twist on the classic Belgian witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger. Best served at 45˚F in a tulip or wine glass.

On draft at Edmundís Oast. Poured a cloudy orange with thick fluffy head. Banana, orange peel, coriander, pepper all present. A funky yeasty finish. Refreshing. Underrated.

Can at home. High creamy and long lasting, good looking white head. hazy, milky orange body. Mild and dusty hay wheat aroma with weak notes of lemon. Pretty sweet and mild lemon flavor with a nice finish of ginger. Low carbonation. Short finish.

A Belgian white is a good thing for sure, but this is not the best Belgian white. That does not mean it is bad. However, compared to other offerings there is much better. To make a Belgium white inspired by Asian cuisine....just donít.

Can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium frothy white head. The aroma is a strong floral and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with strong ginger and citrus with lingering dry finish. Good.

Had thanks to my boy Weezel. Drank straight from the can, so didnít get a good look a the color. Aroma is real strong of spice. Lemon came out most in taste. Not my style but a good beer none the less.

Can at home. Pour is like a glass full of honeycomb with a frothy white head and great lacing. Coriander, basil, honey, lightly floral, grasssy, doughy, biscuit, and oranges in the aroma. Taste is spicy hoppy, lemongrass, biscuit, lemon peel, earthy honey, basil, coriander, and white pepper with a spicy finish. Full mouthfeel with high carbonation. This is a solid Belgian Wit. Everything I have had from this brewery has been on point.

12 oz can from a mixed 4-pack ($7.99) purchased at Mile High Wine & Spirits and poured into my Funkwerks tulip glass at home. Pale, yellow and cloudy appearance with a white head and light lacing. Aroma of herbs, citrus zest, lemongrass, spices, wheat malts and light hops. Flavor is crisp, mild bitterness, zesty, lightly spicy, lightly herbal with some mild malt sweetness. Light to medium body, pretty easy to drink. Overall, pretty tasty, cheers to Mile High for putting these 4-packs together. Paired with Panang Curry.

Really disappointing. Donít know if I got an old can or what. But the aroma was funky dish water, soapy, some bread, and bathroom esters. The taste was one dimensional will little of the spices being apparent, and the finish was really light on the carbonation, which is not a bad thing I just would have expected the flavors to be more prominent. Maybe a fresh can would be better. Next.

Can - turbid gold with a frothy, fairly thick head - nose of honey, melon, sweet citrus, moderate ginger, a touch of white pepper, and even some mild notes remeniscent of cloves - soft texture - medium sweet, but with a balancing bitterness and moderate touches of spicy ginger - earthy wheat - some crusty, dry maltiness finishes, with some peppery character, fresh citrus, and melon rind - an interesting take on the style.
