33cl can courtesy of embrouille, danke! Pours a soggy & hazy yellow, dissipating soapy head. Less fragrant than expected given the ingredients: some heavy coriander, older peel and grapey sweetness - not all that much of a Wit yeast strain freshness, more like an Asian/Arabic fusion rice dish, incorporating kurkuma and ginger. Taste sees all that plus some elegant vegetal/citrus bitterness and spice from the lemon grass and Sorachi. Bit of an overload, overall not as refreshing or summery as you’d anticipate going by label & list of ingredients.

Cloudy deep yellow color with a nice white head. Yeast, spices and citric. Medium body with a balanced sweetness and bitterness. Fine carbonation. Fresh nice flavor with citrus, pepper, mild ginger and citrus. Lovely nice tasty ale.

Keg @ The Black Heart, Camden. Pours cloudy yellow, lemongrass & banana on the nose. Picking out some strange spicy esters to this, a little too much mushy banana and not really digging the ginger and other spices that are emerging through the yeast. Found it hard to finish unfortunately.

Can thanks to Rachel. Pours an orange yellow, lots of white head. Aroma is Belgium yeast and spice. Taste is light, yeasty, spicey, not bad.

Can. Pours cloudy golden orange, large white creamy head, great lacing. Aroma is wheat, lemon, coriander. Flavor follows, light sweet, little bitterness, light zesty bite, would not get ginger without help. Light body, high carbonation.

Nice concept and good with, duh, thai food. Ill give it an A for originality but it wasnt more than a one and done for me.

Tasted on 7/9/14 from a 12oz can purchased at Green’s Buford. Pours cloudy bright orange with a very thick and rocky white head that leaves very thick and rocky lace. The nose is some wheat malt with plenty of lemongrass aroma, a touch of ginger, and citrus hops. The flavor is the same with the ginger showing a bit more earthy, and the lemongrass and sorachi ace covering the spectrum of bright lemon to pithy peel. The body is medium and a bit creamy with average, but smooth, carbonation, and a long lemon peel finish with the spice of ginger really coming through nicely. Also, what a cool idea for a beer!

Pours a hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of lemon, bitter hops, ginger and spices. Taste is hoppy, herbal with ginger, bitter citrus. Really different from the norm. I love it!

On tap @ Churchill’s Pub / Savannah GA--- Cloudy pale gold color, 1/2" head cover, frothy bands of lace. Taste is wheat malt that is shot with coriander in the palate, then a nice agreeable bitter edge on the finish. Unexpectedly good, great as a session beer.

Surprising after reading the description printed in the can. Tried it with seafood at Waters Edge right down the road from the brewery and despite the use of Asian spices, it was very much like a Belgian White and paired well with my flounder.
