Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a offwhoye head. Aroma of malt, little caramel, fruit, grapes, wood, white wine. Flavor is malt, little caramel, sweet fruity, oak, white wine, light boozy. Medium body, overly carbonated, warming alcoholic finish. 080313

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear orange with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, alcohol, wood and wine. Flavor is quite sweet, light acidic and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with a little acid. 050313

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, wine, oak, yeast and wood. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, red wine, little over carbonated, medium sweet, hop, oak, little dry, little funk and a medum bitter.

Bottle. Huge creamy head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wine, wood, fruits, malt and hops. Taste is more white wine than red wine. Nice and sweet.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice wine note with sweet grains and a hint of dark red fruit. Flavor starts with sweet grain and bread with a nice dry red wine backing.

Light unclear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity, grape, wine, wood - dry wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, oak, grape, dry, funky. Body is medium, texture is dry - oily - syrupy, carbonation is soft. Botella Am,ber brown colour. Beige like head. Sweet fruit spice wood aroma. Good mouthfeel. sweet malty dark fruity spiced flavour with wood.

750 ml bottle courtesy of Marsiblursi. Gusher! Pours slightly clear deep golden with a huge frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace and lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny sour, spicy, tiny fruity and funky with crackers, hay, wood, dark grapes, white pepper, dry soil, sawdust, pears, dry soil, grape zest and prune juice. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny bitter, fruity and spicy and pear juice, crackers, dry soil, lemon zest, plums, dark grapes, wood, cloves, white pepper, red wine, hay and hints of brett. Mouthfeel in round, tiny dry, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiy bitter, slightly sour and fruity with wood, grapes, white pepper, dry soil and crackers. Nice!

(Bottle) Pours hazy orange amber with a large off-white head. The aroma holds wood shop, juicy fruits (pineapples and peers as the most notable) and herbs alongside a dry floral note. Undertones of wet soil, damp basement, touch of barnyard, dough, crackers, hay, subtle spices, almonds, grapes, light phenols and a whisper of sugar. Fancy, dryish nose. The flavour is light sweet to dry, light to medium bitter and light acidic with notes of wood, grapes, grapefruit, fruits, spices, funk, crackers, herbs, grass and a touch of phenols. The mouthfeel is round and light sticky (without being that sweet) with a medium, fizzy carbonation. Woodsy, dry malty, fancy hoppy, light phenolic, dry herbal, light dirty and grapefruity finish. Medium bodied.

27-AUG-2012, bottle @Papsø. Golden with lasting off-white head. Wine-like aroma. Taste is wine, yeast, tart, oak. Very, very high carbonation. There are tripel elements there but the wine barrel dominates. Very fine drink.
