COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional IPA brewed in the old style using WGV and Kent Goldings hops. Dry hopped with Target for a classic hoppy finish to this IPA.

Cask @ Croydon BF ’07. Golden / amber colour. Malty, earthy, citrus aroma. Taste is nutty, grassy, great hoppy finish. Full bodied and refreshing.

Nose is creamy, hopy with some malt. Colour amber with a yellow head. Mouthfeel is soft and silky. taste is syrupy, hopped, malt and a sweet finish.

Cask handpull at Grasshopper on the Green, Westerham. Gold colour with thin lasting off white head. Citrus earthy hop aroma. Bit of lemon and hay. Juicy malt in mouth. Pretty nice beer, very summery, straw/hay. Reasonable fullness in mouth and then increasingly hoppy finish. Bit of grapefruit. Really quite refreshing, but full in the mouth.
