COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Cask; Special The Westerham Flyer, the Class H 0-4-4T No. 31518 steam locomotive which pulled the morning trains on the last day of service on Saturday 26 October 1961, 50 years ago, is commemorated with an American steam beer or California common. The Westerham Valley Branch line from Westerham to Dunton Green was opened in 1881 to transport beer from the Black Eagle Brewery to London. Most of the railway sits under the M25 today. Our take on an American steam beer is brewed with a lager yeast at warm temperatures and is loaded with US grown Northern Brewer hops. Amber, fruity and refreshing.
