500ml Bottle. It pours a slightly cloudy burnt orange with a quickly disappearing white head. Its aroma is malty and orange. Its taste is light citrus at first but this soon gives way to a burnt caramel and toffee taste. It has quite a bitter finish with a long aftertaste. Better than average but somehow not as good as I was hoping for.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2013 Bottle, badged as Scotney Pale Ale (no ’Little’, but I assume it’s the same thing); pours golden, crystal clear with lots of carbonation bubbles and no head; smells of butter and earthy hops; hoppy, bitter, slightly lemony flavour with a citrussey dry finish; unexciting, a fairly average hop-led English bitter.
