Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, spices, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, pepper and lemongrass, as well as hops, and fruits, leading to a dry spicy finish.

From cask at Charlies. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is light peppery yeasty and mild hops fruity. Crisp grassy, light mellow yeasty and medm dry bitter. Bitter and light fruit finish.

Cloudy golden coloured with a small white head.
Fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of hops.
Fruity flavour of spices, hops and citrus with notes of herbs.
Citric and hoppy finish.

Cask @ Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a longlasting small white head. Has a fruity yeasty spicy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus flavor. Has a fruity spicy yeasty citrus finish.

Cask gravity at 7th Bexley BF. Cloudy orange gold lasting white head. Belgian yeast aroma lasting white head. Sulphur saison belgian witte beer. A little thin. Banana estery. Its earthy interesting some orange peel. Ok. Interesting but not quite right

On cask. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Spicy and bready aroma with a bit of yeast. Dry and spicy flavour with baking yeast and a touch of sulphur.

Cask (Gravity dispense) at 7th Bexley Beer Festival on 12 April 2012. Murky pale peach colour. Fluffy and lasting white head. Lots of sulphur and fruity esters is an odd, and not especially appealing, combination in the aroma. Interesting on the palate. Orange peel. Fruity and a little tart. Good effort (apart from the sulphur) although I guess at the end of the day I found it more interesting and unusual than unreservedly enjoyable.

Draught. Medium high creamy off-white head. Hazy orange body. Oranges lemon grass malt aroma. Creamy sweet oranges flavor with a light spicy touch. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is malt, bubblegum and perfume. Flavour follows the nose. Medium bitter.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Cloudy golden color. Spicy and a bit rubbery aroma, restrained. Dry clovey taste with tart fruits, raisins and citrus. Easy going saison.
