3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask Cloisters Bar Edinburgh ... pinkish copper ... almost no nose ... Light pealy wally cherry ... Very odd ... almost no beer characteristics... this is watter with not enough diluting cherry juice added.. tasty and easy drinking if a bit bland... but theres nothing worth the effort in this ’beer’

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask gravity at SIBA BF, Paddock Wood. Clear orange, a bit like a toned down Irn Bru colour with a thin pinky white head. Some faint cherry on aroma. Some faint cherry on end. The rest is a bitter. Not sure the sweet sour of the cherry and the bitter all mix very well. A rather bizarre cherry ber, which I’m not sure works. the cherry softens a little. Fine. Very dry finish.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A Mes rate: cask at the Hop Farm festival.
An odd pale pinkish gold with a white rim. No cherry in the aroma just a slight sourness an some old hops. Like a lambic like old hops hint. Again sourish hoppy notes in the flavour with some very faint cherry and some strong mineral notes. The watery palate makes it really downable but doesn’t do much for the enjoyment.
