COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Generous amounts of Crystal, Munich, and Roasted Malt gives this Amber Ale a copper to mahogany color. Full-bodied and balanced with four hop additions throughout the boil--malty with a clean finish. 32 IBU.

5-6 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. Another beer with a faint aroma. There is just a scant peaty nose present. Not much else happening. Transparent ruddy amber body with a small off-white head. Starts mildly sweet with light roastiness and caramel flavors. Has a nice, full, creamy body. Finishes with a light, grassy hoppiness. Mildly bitter. I like this brew--it’s well-balanced and not crazy hopped. Again, the lack of aroma is the downfall.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark ruddy amber with a beige head. Roast malt aroma. Flavor is nicely hoppy. Finishes malty and reasonably balanced with bitter.
