3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear and golden. Lively carb appearance like a pilsner. Aroma of hay and hops. Sips medium and mild banana clove. Not overly yeasty, bready, or banana’y. Just a solid middle of the road weizen. Not ordered very much at all at wob, but it shouldn’t be overlooked. Very decent brew.

Nothing bad about this beer, it is just unremarkable except for the fact that it is unpasteurized and unfiltered which is a plus to me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Typical weizen , but too sweet in my opinion. Cloudy yellow color , traditional big white head. Aroma of wheat, banana and other fruits . Same notes in sweet taste. Not enough for good weizen.

Yrityksen haaveeksi jäänyt vehnäolut. Ankea ja esanssinen. Ei näin kitkerää pysty olemaan.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml bottle, beer gift from Finn. Pours a creamy white head gradually reduced to a remaining layer. Near-clear golden body, no lacing. Spiced fruity aroma. Mid-sweet taste of ripe banana, orange and wheat. Subdued yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Crispy on the swallow. So and so (National Day Celebration, Tromsø 17.05.2014).

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
This stuff isn’t actively foul or anything but I don’t think it is going to scratch that hefewizen itch for many people either. It is a pretty bland beer. It does look decent though: slightly hazed orange yellow color w/ a long-lasting head of fine white bubbles. This does have some of the clove and banana goodness you’d expect from the style but it’s very much subdued to the point where the beer comes off as watery even though it has a thick, wheaty texture. Definitely, I could slug a few these in the backyard on a nice day but just because I can doesn’t mean I’d want to.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 01.11.2014, from Alko, 20140228) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove and fruitiness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was very mild and short. This is a quite weak hefeweizen.
