This brew is smooth and fine. I really wish it was mine. However I am terrible at making comments so in making up time. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours ruby with dense tan head. Some bitterness when cold but balances out when it warms up. Less of the estery flavour than other trappists. Short finish.

Chocolate, toffee, raisins, plums, liquorice, ripe bananas on the nose. Chocolate, caramel and toasted malt flavors. Full body, but a dry finish with a pronounced bitterness which surprises the palate. One of the best dubbels i have ever tried

Gyenge, gyorsan eltűnő hab. Homályos, lebegő üledékekkel teli, szép barna szín. Erősen szénsavas, kissé karamelles. A háttérben leheletnyi pörkölt, feketecsokis jelleg. Enyhe tapadósság érezhető. Utóízében komlós fűszeresség, kis keserűsséggel. Naná, hogy testes.

20160605 Home; 33 cl bottle; BB 20180310: A rubbish dark beer, which clear and have a crčme thin foam layer. A smell of dark malt. Little chocolate and fruity (raisins, prums). A taste of sweet brown malt, somewhat chocolate, dark fruit (raisins, grape). In the somewhat sticky aftertaste we find a bitterness from mainly dark malt but also from aromatic hops. The body is medium and the carbonisation is somewhat high.

0.33 l bottle. Dark brown, almost black color, beige head. Fruits, malts and sweet alcohol in aroma. The taste is quite the same, but the alcohol is well hidden. The finish is quite short. Medium to heavy body.

Mörk brun färg. Malt, kryddor, torkad frukt, jäst. Smakar mycket men lent och är relativt lättdrucken. Mycket god ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
