Hazy brown with nice lasting creamy head. Malty aroma with overripe fruits. Malty flavor with raisins. plums and a discrete sourness. Perfect balance. A classic.

Keg
It's the only Trappist beer available in kegs (and I don't understand what's the need for that). It's good but not mature nor enough hoppy; it's a bit metallic and doesn't have enough character. [7-5-6-4-13]

Aroma: rich sweet malt aroma with a touch of floral hops
Flavor: rich malt flavor, subtle hints of chocolate, dry, but not bitter, initially lots of carbonation to the point of distraction but settles down to a creamy milkshake

Nearly the perfect beer. Dark ruby colour, gorgeous fruity malt flavour hits you up gront with hoppy finish. Great balance and excellent length

nut brown with white head. creamy texture both when on tap and from bottle. Little carbonation. very gentle but satisfying medium sweet finish. A fine Belgium dubbel! (easy drinkable).

Dark and strong in alcohol with some fruit flavour in the finish.
