Bottle @ home. Finale breve, pulito quasi secco.

330ml bottle @ BA Sundbyberg. Dark brown body with a low head. Dark sugars, dried dark fruits and yeast. Too much yeast imo.

Bottle. Pours clear opaque amber with thick medium beige/brown head. Aroma is packed with belgian yeast, candied sugar and caramel malts. Some dark dried fruits and toast. Slight banana. Taste is sweet, yeast, banana, dried fruits, malts and toast. Well hidden alcohol and really drinkable.

Bottiglia. Birra splendida.

Dark brown with white head. Malty aroma. Taste is sweet and malty, dark fruits. Low bitterness. Not amazing but still a good Belgian ale.

Brown and tan head, yeast and breads, not to much candi or dark fruits as this style has some times. Finishes pretty thick with a banana finish.

Pours a dark brown colour with a fat head. Aroma is slightly caramel with hints of banana and a fruity background. Taste is a caramel body with a sweet backing and brown sugar notes. Aftertaste is dry, fruity with hints of chocolate at the very end. A very balanced, complex and not too strong dubbel, very drinkable.

First of all, you meet a nice dark brown ale with a foam that fully impress. The foam is both thick, persistent and hangs beautifully in the glass. The smells of fruit and hiding something spicy, and of course the hops. The taste is soft, hoppy, fruity, slightly spicy and fantastic tuned so you taste all shades in small fragments before all the taste gather in a large sparkling fireworks of wellbeing. The alcohol is not penetrating but works anyway warming. The finish is long lasting and extremely delicious.

Pours fizzy rich, deep brown with a huge soapy tan head that laces wet. Aroma is fruity with notes of banana and some caramel and darkfruit. Taste is banana, chocolate, fig. Some bitterness to close. Active and a bit dry. Some booziness. Shines with some warming. Really quite drinkable.
