Bottle.
This beer was above expectations. I really liked it alot.
A nice deep brown/red body with beige head. First a funny smell of of possibly liquor and yeast. Then an aroma of coffee and a lot of dark chocolate. Complex taste which was exciting. Some vinous or champagne taste with some sweetness in after-taste. You do notice the high alcohol percentage in the taste. The bitterness became more prominent when I poured out the bottom layer.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2012 33cl bottle. Pours a dark cherry red with a tanned head. Nose : Very fruity : raspberry, cherry, ananas, pear. Driend fruits. Mettalic. Caramel. Sip : Great body : foamy but not when swallowed. Small carbonation. Dried fruits and spicy notes. Cinnamon. Good beer. (it’s been a while I havent drink this beer. My rating confirms but this bottle has a strong whysky and dried plums notes. Quite bitter deep toffee tones. I then opened another bottle, from a different batch and it was different again. More like the usual one. What a surprise. I’ll keep the strange whiskey 3 bottles I have left so I can confirm the difference with "authorities")
