3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is a beer of low fermentation, so that isnít too mucho alcoholic. It is pale and soft. Usually this beer is served just for the monks at the abbey, but sometimes it is sold at the trappistenbeershop too.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330ml bottle: BBD 3 Dec 15. Shared between four at the 28 April 15 Shrewsbury Bottle Exchange Group meeting. Cheers Mat for bringing this and not having any yourself. Hazy yellow pour with a white topping. Semi-sour feel to the brew with a slight honey note in the aroma. Not what I expected at all to be honest: but pleased to have tried it.
