UPDATED: JAN 9, 2012 I really this one. The Chimay and Orval table beers should be in his shadow. Nice citrus, hoppy flavours. Great beer to have at a poker evening! Updated: 33cl bottle with my brother, 5 months old. Same rating.

At De Trappisten during our man trip to Antwerp. Krisko talked the barmaid into to letting me, him, and Eds4bama try one with lunch. Later picked up a six -pack at Bierhandel Willems en Zoon. Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of hops, fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are hoppy, citrus, and a touch of bittersweet dust at the finish.

Slightly hazy golden yellow, firm white head. Quite crisp aroma, fruity hops, spicy, yeast, firm malts background. Flavour is sweet malty, balanced bitter hops. Dry hoppy finish. I quite like this one.

Courtesy of fonefan, thanks a lot. Clear light hazy with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 300911

Pours gold with a large white head. Aroma of malt and yeaste, light hops. Taste is strong with yeast, some bitterness and citric notes.

One of the better Belgium Ales I have had. Rich malty flavors, well balanced. Very session-able.

Very pale coloured beer. Foam draws back rapidly to a thin layer. Alight fruity smell, not that much esters. Taste is mainly citrus Rather dry palat which enhances bitterness and gives a bit of astringency. Good thirst quenching beer
