4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: FEB 27, 2009 Pours a dirty colour, like dirty gold metal, good off-white head which slowly falls. Smell is grassy, hay and rustic. Taste is grassy, flowery hoppy and bitter dry straw like finish. Fair bit of carbonation on the tongue. This beer is intruiging and has an enjoyable rustic taste.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330. Thanks, Maria! Hazy bright gold under a tight platinum blonde head. Dusty, grassy nose. Creamy, medium body. Grass, hay, flowers, and dust on the mid-palate. Mild nutty finish. This is a clean, easy-drinking, ultra-sessionable light ale that rewards you with complexity and vigor, or lets you take over and crack one after another. Beautifully balanced.

Bottle @ Kempisch BierFestival in Geel (BE). 4,8% ABV. Hazy golden colour, thick white head. Nice aroma of hops, bread, some citrus. Flavour is malty, hoppy, bread, bit of citrus. Nice bitter finish. Very refreshing and highly drinkable. Rather full-bodied for a light beer. This is the kind of beer I like a lot!

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2009 Clear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is spicy, herbal and malty. with some oxidation - it was an old bottle. Dry and slightly tart, spicy flavour. Very drinkable. 7-3-8-3-15
Re-rate, fresh bottle. Fruity aroma with grassy and herbal hops. Fruity and somewhat yeasty aroma. Lots of hop flavour and bitterness. Despite the different words, almost the same rating as the old bottle, a year ago.
