Pours a slightly hazy apple juice color with minimal white head and some action.
Mouthfull of flavors including pale malt, maybe some wheat, and some grapefruit/lime hop taste with a hint of sourness, butter, and alcohol warming.
Medium bodied, resinous and buttery, with a crisp carbonation.
Another fine product from the Trappist Monks, cheers.

Tart and sour fruit aroma. Sweeter flavor with a bitter dry taste. Alcohol complements the finishing flavor better than the beginning. Slightly unclear golden body. White medium sized head. Sourish aroma, without yeast. Quite sharp. Sweet flavour, relatively fresh with sourish hints. Can feel the alcohol in the finish. Aroma is sweet banana, apricot and yeast.
Flavor is slightly bitter, dry fruit, yeast, acidic and with a little to much alcohol.
A good tripel though.
