Golden Yellow with 2 finger white head. Smells of mild orchard fruits with some spices and yeasts. Taste are mild earthy mix, yeasts, mildly sweet malts, hops and spices. Lite to Med body with good zesty carbonation start to finish, nice alcohol warmth, bready and dry finish. A good tripel, not as fruity as some. A very worthy brew.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2011 Clear orange with a quickly fading foamy head. Quite a fresh aroma, with spices, leaves, hint of peach, yeast. Nice sweetness at first that fades into a very rich bitterness with a good punch from the alcohol. Tingling and foamy, it develops great amounts of flavour. One of the better trippels for sure.

Bottle 750ml. Pours golden with white head. Malty, don’t know what happened with this one, but I kind of missed something, need to try it again in another temperature perhaps. Taste wasn’t appealing.

Hazy pale orange with floating chucks of yeast. Decent head on initial pour but dissipated quickly. Good lacing. Candy sweet aroma with hint of spice. Full bodied and malty. Sweet with hints of fruit (mostly orange). Some lingering bitterness. Tasty beer...a tad on the expensive side.

Cloudy very pale yellow, small lasting head. Spice, lemon-lime, malt aromas, with the spice dominating, but in a good way. Lively carbonation. Very smooth body with spicy and malty notes, finishes with some pleasantly subtle hoppy-spicy notes. A very nice beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy medium yellow, with high carbonation and bright white effervescent head. Slight spice in aroma with citrus and hop aromas. Strong taste of higher alcohols and strength is very evident.
