Pours golden with a nice large and foamy head. Citrus, spice, malt and hops in the aroma. Tastes very similar with a touch of sweet chocolate. Very strong, but very drinkable. Thought it lived up to it’s reputation.

Very cloudy saffron color with a medium sized, frothy white head that retains very well. Lots of esters and a minimal amount of bubbles inside the body. The aroma is mostly Belgian yeast, (banana, clove) some light floral hops, spices, and light citrus. The flavor is smooth with lots of yeast, spices, and a punchy bitterness with some light funk and very faint alcohol. Becomes foamy and floats on the palate, with light, prickly carbonation. Slightly more farmhouse-ish than other tripels imo, but very good indeed.

Pours a pale golden color with some cloudinesss to it. Head lasts and nose is yeasty, sourdough . Flavor is incredibly complex: f some other fruit tones, closes spicy . I found this with a lively carbonation. Finish is bitter, but not too bitter. Nice beer for a long conversation.
