Matched to a main course consisting of duck, mashed potatoe towers and fresh salad, along with La Chouffe. High amount of carbonation and a relativly clear yellow look, extremly creamy aroma along with some peach and pepper. The alchohol and sweet character stood well to the food, and overall just a great experience!

11.2 oz bottle, best by date of 18 May 2008. Pours golden in color with white head. Aroma sweet, yeasty, spicey and light fruit. Taste fruit and yeasty with very dry finish.

Bottle. Bought in Belgian. Pours hazy light yellow and brings at first a big foamy bubbly head. Aroma is so smooth and balanced! I´t´s sweet, banana, marmalade and yeasty. Flavor is little peppry, sweet, banana and flowery. The brew feels light and fresh but is not watery at all. It´s mad with care!

Bottle, thanks TikiE. This beer poures a huge fine head. The color is golden yellow.Sweet aroma of citrus. Clean carbonation and flavor of cirtrus, spices and a little bit of hops. There is also a good amount of yeast sediment. Very nice, I was very impressed with this beer.

Good full head that stays on this orange hazy beer. Smells of spices and alcohol, and tastes of fruity malts and alcohol.
