A hazy golden beer with a nice 1 finger egg white like head. The aroma was spicy, light fruits(pear, orange). The taste was spicy, spritzy, fruit, & very peppery with the hops coming at the end with the bitterness. A carbonated mouthfeel, & the alcohol is well hidden as I was shocked to see it is 9.5%.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a big white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, melon and a touch of honey. Flavour is similar: fruity and grainy with a bit of spiciness. Alcohol is well integrated, not all that obvious. This is a very good tripel, but not my favourite.

Appearance is golden and hazy. Pours with a thick head that stuck to the glass. Fruity, banana(?) aroma. Flavor is one of fruit, spice and hops with an aftertaste of alcohol. Good beer but just not to my liking.

Poured golden/cloudy with a thick head, fruity/spicy aroma with little hop/spice finish, very tasty.

Pours hazy light golden amber with a smallish off white head. Aroma is champagne like with hints of white grape and light fruits. Flavor is big and malty, with big estery flavors of light fruits, and a nice warming at the end. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, and citrusy. The taste is earthy with a lot of spice on the finish. This is one of those brews that the aroma does not match the taste. I think there is some Brett in there but this spice is very overpowering. Not well balanced and a moderately strong alcohol warming. This is the first time I bought this beer and I might try it one more time to see if it was just this bottle, but I was not to impressed and could not finish this one.

Well I really wish I had written down more than numbers and "Not my favorite Belgian, but very good!"
