Aug 17, 2009 Bottle poured into a Sam Adams Sensory Glass produced a white head with golden yellow body. Lighter than expected with taste of white grapes and spices. Sweetness well-balanced with hops.

Aug 13, 2009 Bottle @ De Met, Halle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small longlasting white head. Has a fruity yeasty spicy aroma with malty hints. Fruity malty yeasty spicy flavor. Has a spicy malty slightly yeasty finish.

Aug 10, 2009 This beer surprised me, it was not as full or strong as I imagined and to be honest I probably enjoyed it more because of that. Lovely pear and spice aromas, poured witha typical Belgian fluffy white head.

Aug 10, 2009 This one poured with a cloudy golden colour, and an average-sized head. Aroma was ever so slighty fruity, and the taste was much the same, with the high ABV not in evidence.

Aug 9, 2009 Pours a cloudy gold/slight amber, with a huge head. Nose is spice, yeast, fruits. Taste is quite spicy, underlying hop notes, has a sharp "bite" to it, a tad bitter on the finish with a nice lasting warmth that coats the entire mouth and throat. Delicious tripel, very well executed, and balanced.

Aug 7, 2009 Hazy blond color with lively carbonation. Huge airy head that disappears quite quickly. Slightly salty, cheesy, dry aroma with mild citrus and resinous hops.
Very strong sipcy, peppery mouthfeel with lasting herbal hop dryness at the ending. Distinct alcohol warming at the end that would be little bit softer.

Aug 1, 2009 Bottle in São Paulo and in Brussels - Golden appearance with a white foamy head. Fruity aroma and taste (little spicy as well). Easy to describe... easy to drink... very good beer!

Aug 1, 2009 Pours gold with fluffy, white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, and spice. Taste is fruity with hint of spices in the finish. More bitterness from the hops than I remember from last tasting. Highly carbonated. Nice.
