BBE 22/08/13 - Pours light orange with a massive foamy white head. Aroma has notes of earthy notes, malts, pepper, spices and metallic hints. Taste is quite spicy and fruity with some hints of plum, malts and hops. Slightly carbonated and warming finish. Well balanced, spicy tripel.

Pours a Nice Yellow with some nice lacing. Aromas of Fruit and spice.. The Taste was beautiful, Pears, oranges,lemon and Banana. This is a Solid Tripel, Very classy, crisp and Clean. I cant wait till I get my hands on another one of these girls.

Pours a cloudy golden honey, generous white head and mild lacing. Big taste of caramel malt dipped in light citrus and spices, with a satisfying semi-bitter finish. Yes, this is a strong brew, and the alcohol is in front, but it is a well-balanced, solid quaff.

Just a solid, solid tripel. Nice dryness, light fruits, sweet but not too sweet. fabulous beer.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2012 Bottle. Light hazy golden colour with a white head. Malty and fruity aroma. Rich malty and fruity flavour. It is possible to use a lot of adjective to describe this beer. The only thing you have to do is to go and BUY IT NOW!

Cloudy yellow pour with large fluffy head. Yeasty aorma with slight malt. Taste is slightly malty with high carbonation making this beer seem very heavy. Very dry finish with a hint of bitterness. ABV is very noticable, a bit too much because it is not hidden well. Average beer.

Westmalle Tripel is golden beer, with thick and foamy head.
Aroma has some fruits and spices, sweet malty character and alcohol.
Taste is fruity (citrus, pear and some bananas), sweet grainy malts combining to the spices. But..the overwhelming alcoholy character is just way too boozy.
Palate is rather full, but still drinkable.
Nice Tripel, just too much alcohol ruins this beer.

Flavors of citrus, bandanna, caramel, and hops. Bright honey color. A bit dry and boozy.
