COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A strong, dry and spicy trappist ale. The product of a secondary fermentation lasting 5 weeks. This is a complex ale with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional ale, with a great deal of finesse and elegance, and with a splendid long after taste.

Beautifull golden color with a slight double shine in the appropriate glass. A dense white rocky head reavals the spicy fruity esters in the aroma. Light in body with a slightly sharp metallic character simular to a finely aged sharp Gouda. Extremely well balanced malt to bitter quality for an exceptional overall finish.

Ambrée orangée, légèrement voilée. Mousse blanche bien persistante, lacings. Aromatique citrus, petite acidité perceptible. Sucrée-caramel. Levures belges. :)

Bottle. Hazy amber-yellow colour with a persistent white head. The aroma is spicy, yeasty, almost more saison-like. The flavour, however, is entirely Tripel--a wonderful mix of spice and yeast, caramel, fudge, delicate honey. Smooth with a distinct bitter and yeast final.

Everyone loves this beer, but i dont. Has a very distinct taste in the mouth that usually doesnt hit me right. Overall an above average beer with good color and structure, but just not my preferred taste

35 cl bottle. Cloudy yellow color with a big rocky solid white head, lots of lacing.
Quiet nose, hints of white wine. Aroma is white grapes, wine (spumante/champagne), apple, cider with spicy belgian yeast. Resins maybe, while yeast has a major role, other fruity esters as it warms uo. Taste is moderately bitter, crisp. Texture is dusty, sustained carbonation Finish is extra dry, spiced, fairly long, warming. High ABV gives a grappa-like aftertaste Not a fan of appleysh beers, this is a solid tripel.

Deilig, kompleks og sammensatt aroma av honning og banan. Herlig, kremete og fyldig munnfølelse med god sødme og friskhet. Lang, smaksrik ettersmak. Super til pinnekjøtt.

No the most profound of the Trappists but still a very enjoyable tripel. Lots of fruit in the nose, taste is well balanced with a long buttery finish. Good beer to drink once in a while.
