Aroma of some light spices, a little perfume, banana and some yeast. Taste is a sweet but dry banana, spices, light hops and some yeast notes. Nicely done. No trace of alcohol. Texture is light, fluffy and dry. Overall its not chimay but a nice tripel to sip on. JFURYCAT (795), East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 3, 2010 Bottled. Light orange/yellow with thinner white head. Floral and fruit aroma magnify sweetness in taste and nose. Floral hops add weird tinge and distinguished aroma. Tight and crisp as hell. A little champagne feel in both nose and flavor. Light bitter throughout but with lightly sweeter finish. d07c0m (30), Ontario, Canada

Delicious combination of all typical trappist factors with floral hop, yeast presence, and warming alcohol to round it out. dnstone (287), Mons, Belgium

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jan 1, 2010 A good consistent dry blonde Trappist ale. Full of spices and an interesting bitter lime kick. Always enjoyable. Poured from 33cl bottle to my own Westmalle glass on NYE. I think these are better fresh rather than aged. thirdeye11 (580), Texas, USA

Nose of bread, Belgian yeast, white fruits. Taste of white pepper, alcohol, white grapes, and quite bready. Finishes very carbonated, peppery and creamy. A great tripel.
